We look forward to meeting you! Your voucher is valid towards any of our Mat Classes. Please read below for more information on policies and procedures concerning your voucher.
Instructions for Voucher Redemption:
If you are you new to Pilates Sense and do not have an account with us, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Create an account on our online systems Pilates Sense Wellness Living Registration page. Doing so will also save you time during your first visit with us. Do not pay for classes during the registration process unless you specifically want other services outside of the voucher package.
Step 2: Send an email to info@pilatessense.com with you name, the package you purchased and your voucher number. We will then add the appropriate credit to your account. NOTE: Credits will be added within 48 hours of your email. You will receive an email from us which will confirm that your credits have been added and that you are ready to register for your desired classes.
If it has been more than 48 hours since you completed the redemption process and you have not received notification that your classes are added, please contact Heather at 312-804-9770 to ensure we received your request.
Step 3: Once credits are added, you can log into your Pilates Sense Wellness Living Account to make your class reservations. To view the current class schedules, please visit the Group Classes page.

Policies with Vouchers:
- We cannot waive late cancels using your voucher deal under any circumstances. If you need to cancel, we require at least 12 hours notice.
- Please note that space is subject to availability and that online registration for classes is required prior to attending. We cannot accommodate anyone that has not pre-registered for a class.
- You must be at least 18 years old. Deal vouchers are for new clients only or clients that have not been to the studio within 6 months.
- We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate large groups for. If you are purchasing a voucher with a group of friends, each person in the party will be required to register themselves in the same class on our scheduling site if room allows.

Additional Questions:
Where are you located? Pilates Sense is located at 5021 Fairview Ave, Suite A, Downers Grove, Illinois. We are on Fairview right at the BNSF Fairview Ave Train Station Stop. Parking is available on the street, in the lot just south of the building or in the lot behind the building. There is also commuter parking available at the train tracks which is free after 11am.
Do I need to bring a mat? If you have a mat, and would prefer to bring it, you are more than welcome. We also have mats available for your use but we do have a limited quantity available. It is our experience that most people prefer to use the mats we have available in the studio.
Is there anything else I need to bring? We have a purified water cooler available to all of our clients. We recommend bringing a reusable water bottle as we try to promote a sustainable lifestyle.
What if I’m running late? Please don’t be late. We start classes on time for everyone’s benefit and to keep other classes on schedule. Additionally, it is crucial you attend the beginning of class for a proper warm-up. Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the start of your class.
What should I wear to a class? Feel free to wear typical workout gear. Bare feet or socks are appropriate for all mat classes. We do not allow clients to wear “street” shoes into the actual class room space.
Can I still take a class if I'm pregnant? We can absolutely accommodate pregnant women. Our mat classes can be modified to be taken safely throughout your pregnancy, however, you may be doing something different than the others in class. We will also require a note from your doctor stating that the class you would like to take is safe for you. Please contact us before enrolling if you are pregnant.
