My Mission:I believe in using Pilates as a systematic approach to core strengthening, focusing on strength, stability, stamina, and flexibility to functionally train your body. Whether you are a high-performing athlete or a post-rehabilitation patient, and regardless of your gender, age or body type, Pilates will improve your level of fitness, self-confidence and overall functional well-being.
I ’ve designed my studio to be an inviting and encouraging environment that will help you grow and have a better understanding of your body and the method of "Contrology" through Pilates. |
“In 10 sessions you’ll feel the difference, in 20 sessions you’ll see the difference, and in 30 sessions you’ll have a whole new body.”

Pilates.
You’ve heard it’s awesome for core strength and a kick-ass, sweat-free workout, but you may be wondering what Pilates really is.
Originally called Contrology, Pilates is a form of exercise created by Joseph Pilates in 1918. Focusing on strengthening both the mind and body through awareness of breath, alignment of the spine, and strengthening the deep torso and abdominal muscles referred to as the core, Pilates is a full mind-body workout. Over time, several different styles of Pilates have emerged.
At Pilates Sense, we teach Classical Pilates, which means the work is done as closely as possible to Joseph Pilates' original work.
