Per the Illinois Phase 4 order, the studio will still be open for private sessions and small group classes. If you have equipment at home and would prefer a remote session, that can definitely be coordinated. Here is what we are doing to keep our staff and community safe:
Reduced Class Size:
- Classes are limited in size to ensure proper social distancing
- There will be a limited number of people in the studio at any given time
Cleanliness Safety:
- Clients and Instructors must wash hands before and after each session
- Classes and Private Sessions are being spaces accordingly to allow proper cleaning between each session by staff
- Disposable bags for all belongings available to avoid gathering in common areas
Social Distancing:
- All equipment has been spaced 6 feet apart
- Masks are not required while working out (equipment allows for proper spacing). We prefer this to ensure proper breathing techniques while working out
- There will be no hands on adjustments from instructors
Extra:
- We are taking temps before every class
- We will not charge for late cancels due to sickness. If you or anyone in your household is ill, we ask you stay home and take advantage of one of our virtual options
Virtual Options:
- If you don't feel comfortable in person yet, we still have virtual options available. All virtual classes are available through the regular online scheduling platform.
The Sanksrit words "Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu" is a mantra meaning "May all beings be happy and free, and my thoughts, words and actions contribute in some way to that happiness and freedom of all". We are all in this together, friends. Let's do all that we can to keep ourselves, our families, friends, neighbors, and each other healthy.
Love and Light,
Ana, Heather and Jill
